If you are currently a licensed agent and are happy where you are that is a good thing. The grass is not always greener on the other side. However my grass is very green! I looked around, asked questions made visits and did interviews. The bottom line is not just a saying. It has to do with numerical fact. The splits at Exit are far superior to any in the industry. many are trying to match or duplicate the Exit formula. But it can't be done. I challenge any existing agent to do the math.
